These Terms of Business ("Agreement") are entered into by and between the user ("User", "you", "your") and Rapid Quote Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions governing your use of the Rapid Quote and Rapid Quote Plugin Module (together, the "Services").

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
   1. By checking the box to accept these Terms, you confirm your acceptance of this Agreement, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
2. SERVICES
   1. We offer two types of Services:
   1. Rapid Quote: A broker-facing portal that provides market prices for private medical insurance.
   2. Rapid Quote Plugin Module: An extension of Rapid Quote that enables you to create a consumer-facing quote portal on your own website.
3. ELIGIBILITY
   1. To use our Services, you must be FCA regulated. Any user found to be in violation of this requirement will have their agreement terminated immediately.
4. CONTRACTS, FEES AND PAYMENT
   1. Rapid Quote: This service is provided on a rolling monthly contract basis at the cost of £39 per user per month, unless a different rate has been agreed upon. Billing is monthly.
   2. Rapid Quote Plugin Module: This service carries a 12-month contract at the cost of £3,000 per annum (£250 per month). Cancellation of this service within the contract term will trigger an automatic retrieval of the full remaining balance. The service will remain live until the end of the 12-month contract term.
   3. All fees are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms.
5. CANCELLATION
   1. Rapid Quote: You may cancel this service by providing written notice to accounts@rapid-quote.co.uk. The service will remain active for 30 days following notice, and you will be billed pro rata accordingly.
   2. Rapid Quote Plugin Module: If you cancel this service during the contract term, you will be required to pay the full remaining balance. The service will remain active until the end of the 12-month contract term.
6. RENEWALS
   1. Rapid Quote: This service will automatically renew each month on a rolling contract basis.
   2. Rapid Quote Plugin Module: This service will automatically renew annually. You have 14 days from the renewal date to cancel the renewal. You will be notified 30 days prior to the renewal date, and a copy of these Terms will be sent as a reminder.
7. RESTRICTIONS
   1. You agree not to use the Services for mystery shopping purposes.
   2. Users of the Rapid Quote Plugin Module must not display any pricing for Bupa on any website. Violations of this clause will result in immediate account termination and collection of any remaining payments.
8. SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE
   1. If you encounter any issues with the system, you must report them via our ticketing system within Rapid Quote. We aim to respond to system enquiries within 48 hours.
9. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
   1. We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Any personal data provided by you through the use of our Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any other applicable data protection laws.
   2. We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including pseudonymisation and encryption, confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of systems and services, and regular testing and evaluation of the effectiveness of these measures.
   3. By using our Services, you consent to such processing of your personal data and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
   4. We will not share your personal data with third parties unless we have your explicit consent, or are required to do so by law.
   5. You have the right to request access to, deletion of, or correction of, your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe your data is being processed in a way that is not in compliance with the GDPR.
10. TERMINATION
    1. We may terminate this Agreement and your access to the Services at any time, for any reason.
11. GOVERNING LAW
    1. his Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you are bound by these conditions under UK law.
